At our Wild warehouse we are busy packing your order to get it out to you as soon as possible! Once they’re picked, packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping notification along with your tracking/reference number to key an eye on your goods.
Typically UK delivery will take 2-5 working days. Due to the global outbreak of Covid-19 and high demand, in rare cases deliveries may take up to 14 days to arrive from the day of shipment confirmation. For international orders, we estimate delivery to be 7-10 working days, but it could be up to three weeks from date of shipment confirmation. If you have not received your parcel after this period, or you would like to know the delivery times to your country before ordering, please see below or contact hello@wearewild.com if your country isn't listed.

Subscriptions can be managed through your online account. From the 'Subscription Settings' page you can cancel or skip your next delivery. To change up your scents or frequency of deliveries click 'Change Subscription' to make your amends.
Wild isn’t antiperspirant as we don’t use aluminium salts in our deodorant because we think sweating is a natural and important function. Instead, our deodorant contains alternative ingredients such as tapioca starch which absorbs moisture and keeps you dry all day. The deodorant is also extremely effective at tackling odours associated with sweating, so you’ll smell fresh all day. After switching from antiperspirant to deodorant a number of people have found they sweat less in general.

Life's busy, but we've got your pits covered with our flexible subscription service to keep you topped up with Wild when and where you need it. Here's how it works....

Step 1. Join our flexible subscription by buying our starter pack. For £12, you're all set with a reusable case and a refill in the scent of your choice. Step 2. As our refills tend to last a month, you'll be billed for a pack of three refills one month after your initial order. This costs £15, so just £5 a refill! After this, you'll receive refill packs based on the frequency you choose via your account. Step 3. Edit, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your personalised dashboard on the Wild website.

The subscription is completely flexible and you can set your delivery schedule to a frequency that suits you depending on how quickly you get through your refills. For each delivery you can choose three fragrances from a choice of five (choose three of the same or mix and match).
By going on subscription, you can make significant savings compared to buying the deodorant on an ad hoc basis. There is no minimum contract for being on the subscription and you can opt out at any time.
We're planning on sending out to Europe as normal so not to worry! However, if your order is over 22€ in value (including shipping), there is a possibility that you will be asked to pay additional VAT fees. If you have been asked, please drop us an email before you pay the fee and we will see if we're able to help you out.
Some orders under 22€ are also being subjected to import fees - again, just send us an email and we'll help you out!

We believe that from June, customers will no longer be asked to pay customs fees, so if you're happy to wait until then, we'll see you on the Wild side in June!

Deodorant Information

Wild is a natural deodorant meaning we use ingredients derived from nature. We never use aluminium, parabens or sulphates that are often found in mainstream deodorants and antiperspirants. Instead we use alternative ingredients to keep you dry and smelling fresh all day long.
Wild is a single-use plastic free refillable deodorant. The product is made up of two parts: our sleek and stylish aluminium case and the deodorant refills. You keep the case forever and just keep putting in new deodorant refills each time you finish an old one.

Yes! The deodorant has been formulated to be suitable for a wide range of skin types including sensitive skin. To ensure this we use minimal quantities of bicarbonate of soda and loads of moisturising ingredients to soothe and nourish the skin. Find out what's in our deodorant over on the ingredients page.
We've worked hard to create a deodorant that is suitable for everyone, however, our bodies are so unique and therefore some people may experience irritation, even when you previously have no history of sensitive skin. There are several causes of this including an allergy to an ingredient. The most likely cause is due to the pH difference between your sweat (acidic) and the bicarbonate of soda (alkaline). People with more acidic sweat may be more susceptible to irritation. It sounds strange but putting some diluted apple cider vinegar on the rash will help solve the pH imbalance.

The product will keep you smelling fresh and dry all day even on the sweatiest people! We use Tapioca Starch in our formula which is an effective natural ingredient to absorb moisture.
All you need to do is apply a couple of swipes under dry arms at the start of the day or after showering. The texture is a soft bar that is immediately absorbed into the skin when you swipe it on your underarms. There’s no need for rubbing and the product doesn’t leave your underarms feeling wet or sticky.
You may have come across the term ‘transition period’ which is a short period of excess sweating that some people experience when switching from an antiperspirant to a natural deodorant. Most people will not experience this when they switch to Wild. A small amount of people may experience some excess sweating for two or three weeks when they start using the product but this settles down quickly. Our best advice is to stick at it!
No. The product has been designed not to stain as long as you apply to dry skin and don't apply too much! A benefit of using Wild deodorant is that it contains no aluminium. The yellow stains that some antiperspirants leave on t-shirts is caused by aluminium in your antiperspirant reacting with the salt in your sweat which leaves a hard to remove stain. So no aluminium means no yellow stains!
Yes, absolutely. Our deodorant formula is solid so you’ll have no trouble travelling around the world with it at your side. The aluminium case will also keep your deodorant nice and safe inside it.
We do not currently offer samples, but if you want to try out a number of scents you can order our Discovery Pack.
Yes! We have formulated the product to be gentle enough for younger skin and effective on adolescent body odour. Parents will be rejoicing that their child can smell of the gentle scents of Wild, not the all dominating fumes of an entire aerosol can doused on them!
Trying out new scents is a huge part of the Wild experience. We've currently got Coconut Dreams, Bergamot Rituals, Mint & Eucalyptus, Fresh Cotton & Sea Salt, Lavender Haze, Jasmine & Mandarin Blossom and Orange Zest.

We know, we know, with so many great scent choices, how can you possibly decide which one to go for?

If you're looking for a strong scent that you'll keep catching a whiff of during the day, we'd recommend Fresh Cotton & Sea Salt or Mint & Eucalyptus. For a more subtle scent, Coconut Dreams and Lavender Haze are definitely the way to go.
All of our scents can be worn by anyone, but if you're looking for something more floral, Jasmine & Mandarin Blossom is the one for you. For something a little more spicy, Bergamot Rituals is bound to please. For a fresh burst of fruitiness, it can only be Orange Zest.

Deodorant Ingredients

We use bicarbonate of soda in minimal quantities which means the product is suitable for a wide range of skin types without causing irritation or rashes. Many users who have had issues with bicarbonate of soda in the past have had no issues when using Wild. If you do experience a rash or irritation, get in contact with us and we will help you out!
Nope. We will never use aluminium salts in our deodorant. Our reusable case is however made of aluminium alloy which is a very commonly used and safe form of packaging and is totally different to the aluminium salts used in some antiperspirants.
Yes! Tapioca starch is our gluten-free alternative to absorb moisture and keep you dry.
Yes all our deodorants are made from ingredients that are vegan-friendly.
We are proud to be cruelty-free and absolutely never use animals to test any of our products or ingredients. We develop our products through feedback from real customers and are always looking to improve. You can send any feedback to hello@wearewild.com.
Wild is gender neutral and we have a range of scents made for everyone.
You can find a full list of ingredients here. The scent Coconut Dreams is made using only our base ingredients so may be suitable if you have allergies to certain fragrances.
Not yet. Whilst our scents do last all day, they are subtle and not overpowering.

Soap Information

Our soap has been formulated to be used everywhere! It’s perfect to keep by the sink to clean your hands or let your whole body smell Wild and use it in the shower. You can even use it on your face (if you’ve got delicate skin, wash lightly and be sure to use a moisturiser afterwards as with any facial cleansing regime).
Yes, but if you have very dry or sensitive skin we’d recommend staying away and using an unperfumed bar as reactions to soap are invariably caused by the perfume, not by the soap itself.
Yes! All our ingredients are vegan-friendly and we never test our ingredients or products on animals.
Our bars are 100g and last between 3-6 weeks depending on usage.
Our bars are soaps because they are made from natural ingredients such as plant oils. Detergents, on the other hand, are synthetic, man-made derivatives and cannot be made from natural ingredients.
The base ingredients of the soap are made from naturally derived ingredients. Some fragrances are harder to achieve with just natural oils and so in these instances we use sustainably and ethically sourced synthetic fragrances. This makes up a very small percentage of the total bar.
Our soaps are made on the same production line as a soap which contains ground walnut shell so traces of ground walnut shell may be in all products.
Wild soaps are made on a farm in East Sussex, UK, using traditional methods and formulations. To ensure a super smooth and silky bar, the soaps go through a triple blending and refining process.
No, we do however recommend using the tissue paper as a scented drawer liner as it will have absorbed the scent of the soap.
You can store your soap on a well-drained soap dish.
The perfume will evaporate over time, but the soap is usable for many years.
Soap not only washes COVID-19 away it also dissolves the fatty layer which holds the virus particle together, so it falls apart and becomes inactive. When washing your hands, please follow government washing guidelines.

Packaging

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do at Wild and we are on a mission to shakeup the singe-use culture of bathroom products. Our entire product is single-use plastic free. We have made our holders with durable aluminium along with post-consumer recycled plastic details and is designed to last a lifetime. Our refills are entirely plastic-free and are made using bamboo pulp which is 100% recyclable and home compostable. Basically, once you have your Wild case you won’t ever have to think about buying a plastic deodorant ever again!

Our refills are made from bamboo pulp which is widely recyclable and can be recycled at home alongside any paper or card. They are also fit for home composting. Lots of people also choose to grow seeds in their empty refills, so get creative and have a think with what you can do with yours!
Our cases are designed to last for life, so there shouldn't be any need to recycle them! However, if you find that you no longer need your case, you can send it back to us for recycling with our TerraCycle scheme. Please email us on hello@wearewild.com for the address!
First, make sure that you’ve rotated the twisting mechanism at the bottom of the aluminium case as far as it can go (it will stop you twisting any further) so that the inner mechanism is fully wound down. Push in the buttons either side of the case and pull the bottom of the case downwards. Slide the new refill into the case and reinsert the bottom of the case. When inserting the refill, remove the bamboo pulp lid but do not remove the packaging around the refill. Twist the bottom of the case to push the deodorant upwards and apply to your body. We have a handy video for you to watch here too!
Check that you’ve rotated the twisting mechanism at the bottom of the aluminium case so that the inner mechanism is as far down as it can go. After this, push the buttons on either side and pull the bottom of the case downwards and out. The buttons may be a little stiff at first but will loosen up. We have a handy video for you to watch here too!

Subscription Information

A Starter Pack (£12) is part of our subscription service and comes with a reusable aluminium case and one refill. A Discovery Pack (£25) comes with a reusable case and three refills and are a good option if you would like to try out a range of scents without signing up to a subscription service. Both of these packs are delivered straight to your door and have free UK delivery.

We offer a small amount of tracking on our deliveries and your tracking link is provided in your shipping confirmation email.

UK orders that include a case can be tracked here. This is not a full tracking service and will only update once a delivery has been made/attempted.
UK orders that contain refills only can be tracked here. The final update on this service will be "Out for Delivery", so there is no confirmation of delivery. The delivery will be made by Royal Mail.

International orders (that are not refill packs) can be tracked here. Our orders are sent from our packing centre in the UK to DHL in Frankfurt, Germany to be distributed internationally.

We are unable to accept returns due to hygiene reasons, but if you are unhappy with your deodorant we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Just get in touch with us on hello@wearewild.com and we’ll sort it all out. See full policy here.

Your favourite refillable deodorant is available in 300 Sainsbury’s stores in the UK, and we're still here online if you want to take up a hassle-free subscription and get it delivered to your door.
